彩钢瓦主要生锈的原因：外在因素是指由于受到环境、气候等各种自然条件和工业区周边环境的影响（如：化工厂、电镀厂、塑料厂等等），内在因素主要是指彩钢瓦本身的质量，大量的彩钢瓦屋面在役时间过长以超过其使用寿命，这些屋面在各种因素影响下，彩钢瓦表面保护层已失去了保护能力。?彩钢板属含铁量一旦接触到酸、碱和有机溶剂的情况下会产生化学反应生成二氧化铁，即产生铁锈，使彩钢板锈蚀严重时会出现腐蚀锈穿孔洞。如不及时做防腐翻新，慢慢的会使彩钢板锈蚀越来越严重，到时维修不只是防腐翻新，将会对整个屋面既要防水又要防腐，将需要更大成本。

　　无需除锈与机械打磨除锈1.彩钢瓦屋面板原面漆出现粉化、出现生锈无颗粒物这两种情况无需做除锈打磨处理。2.生锈非常严重并伴有大量铁锈颗粒物锈蚀情况下：需对屋面板进行清理、对屋面板全部进行打磨除锈。除锈后基层不得有锈蚀斑点存在，油污、油脂，沙尘、铁砂及金属氧化物等清理干净（人工及高压喷枪冲洗）。

　　No need for rust removal or mechanical polishing. 1. Color steel tile roof panels do not require rust removal and polishing treatment in the case of powdering of the original paint and rusting without particles. 2. In the case of severe rusting accompanied by a large amount of rust particles, the roof panel needs to be cleaned first and all roof panels should be polished to remove rust. After rust removal, there should be no rust spots on the base layer. Oil stains, grease, sand, iron sand, and metal oxides should be cleaned thoroughly (manually and with high-pressure spray gun flushing).

　　屋面清洗干净干燥后，在进行局部找补有漏水地方，用金属专用防水材料进行修补。用喷涂结合人工涂刷爱迪斯建议施工温度＞5℃，湿度＜80%,在有雨、雾、雪和较大灰尘条件下不可施工。除锈打磨后确保金属屋面干燥整洁无铁砂及金属氧化物后达到喷涂条件，再整个屋面喷涂防腐底漆一遍， 每遍间隔8—24小时后再整个屋面喷涂LQ-201彩钢瓦防腐面漆二遍。

　　After cleaning and drying the roof, repair the leaking areas locally with metal special waterproof materials. It is recommended to use spray painting combined with manual brushing. The construction temperature should be greater than 5 ℃ and the humidity should be less than 80%. Construction should not be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust. After rust removal and polishing, ensure that the metal roof is dry, clean, and free of iron sand and metal oxides before reaching the spraying conditions. Then, spray the entire roof with anti-corrosion primer once, and after an interval of 8-24 hours between each coat, spray the entire roof with LQ-201 color steel tile anti-corrosion topcoat twice.

　　90%彩钢瓦屋面都能通过系统的翻新维护延长屋面使用寿命（7—10年以上），从而避免因屋面锈蚀严重而不得不更换屋面防腐板（彩钢瓦）而造成的巨额费用和其他隐性费用与不便（如因施工造成停产、停工）。需根据工厂实际使用环境与原板材质量情况推测来定，国外通常7-11年就对金属屋面进行一次系统的翻新，国内基本上是6-10年左右即需进行屋面防腐翻新。亮琴再次提醒广大用户彩钢瓦屋面板如出现漆面粉化、轻微生锈时要尽快翻新维护。
