测试抗剪强度时因试样机械加工不当或试验装置使用不当而造成非结合面断裂、弯曲试验时因弯心选错或设备故障等影响试验结果等。当出现此类情况,应重做同样数量试样的试验,或结合实际情况采取其他方案及措施,以保证检测的有效性及科学性。

结合度试验也是复合钢板比较重要的一项检测,可作为剪切试验的一种替代试验对复合钢板相关性能进行检测。由于此试验在卸除试验力后需用肉眼检查试样两侧结合面处是否分离,试验人员技术经验就较为重要,如果对此发生误判,将会直接影响终分离率的计算结果。

另外还需注意,在制样时如果需要对钢板减薄,需保证复材厚度不得小于3mm,如果复材厚度小于等于3mm时,应只减薄基材厚度。
