复合板厂家讲复合板塔器内件支撑件

复合板厂家说筒体为复合板制作的塔器,经常会遇到塔内件支撑件是焊在复合板的基层,还是焊在覆层的问题。

如果焊在覆层,除了校核内件支撑件与覆层连接焊缝的强度,还应考虑基层和覆层的结合强度。而要求焊在基层的,多半是担心基层和覆层的结合强度。

内件支撑件焊在基层的难点,在于需要小心翼翼地剥开覆层,而不能伤害基层。

另外,如果内件支撑件(如锆材)不能与基层(如碳钢)焊 接,那也只能焊在覆层了。(锆材是不能与碳钢或不锈钢进行熔化焊的)

对于制造单位来说,要求内件支撑件焊在复合板制筒体的基层上,困难在于剔除复层加工槽的难度很大,必 须严格控制加工精度,否则容易伤及基层材料,并且不可避免地会延长工期,和增加成本。
For manufacturing units, it is difficult to require the support parts of internal parts to be welded on the base of composite plate cylinder, because it is very difficult to remove the multi-layer processing groove. The processing accuracy must be strictly controlled, otherwise it is easy to damage the base material, and will inevitably extend the construction period and increase the cost.
一般情况下,复合板结合剪切强度都高于焊缝金属许用剪切应力,也就是说,内件支撑件与覆层的连接焊缝即使被拉裂了,复层结合强度也不会被破坏。

但对于钛、锆等材料许用应力比较低的情况,上述校核也是有可能不合格的,此时可通过调整焊缝形式来增强其承载能力。

复合板厂家说随着我国复合板爆 炸技术水平的提高,复层结合强度已能满足内件支撑件焊缝强度的需求。所以在内件支撑件与筒体连接焊缝强度计算合格的前提下,从设备制造难度、制造工期及经济成本等因素综合考虑,内件支撑件宜直接焊 接在复合板筒体的复层上。
