　　1、配槽时先加钝化液，后加水。由于钝化液的密度问题，比如钝化液的密度高于水的时候会造成原料混合不均匀，会出现钝化层与基板附着力不好，非常容易使彩涂卷的表面出现爆漆的现象。

　　2、还有钝化板温生产工艺规定是2小时检查一次，原因就是工作人员在检查的时候没有定时的对钝化板温进行跟踪。尤其是冬天的时候，2小时内温度变化也比较大，更终会造成彩涂卷时效，在压型的时候会发生划伤掉漆的现象。

　　2. In addition, the production process of passivation plate temperature is stipulated to be checked once every two hours, because the staff did not track the passivation plate temperature regularly during the inspection. Especially in winter, the temperature changes greatly within 2 hours, which will eventually lead to the aging of the color coating roll, and the phenomenon of scratching off the paint will occur when pressing.

　　3、在彩涂卷生产的过程中，出口检查镜上有灰尘，还有部分辊子上也有灰尘，灰尘会直接影响到彩涂卷的表面质量，或许刚开始的时候表现不出来，但是一旦时间长了，或者在阳光的暴晒下就会出现爆漆的现象。
